The main gym is comprised of Cardio, Weight and Fucntional Training zones. The class area is free for gym members to use when there are not classes in progress.
We now have new equipment in the gym, if you would like a session on how to use these please contact us.
Our toilets have now been renovated with a seperate female toilet and changing room - the shower area is currently inder construction and will be open soon.
